Student credentials request - I need a students login credentials. (Please be aware that the system needs time to process student program access)

Inconvenient - Something is annoying or broken (printer, projector, glitch, slow machine), but I can still teach or work.

Workaround available - This is getting in the way of a lesson or a task that I had planned, but I have another way to keep going until IT can help.

Outage- A shared system is down for more than one person (network, email, phones, whole lab, wi-fi issues)
