NOTICE OF DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS In accordance with State and Federal laws, the Big Springs Charter School District intends to destroy the following records:Special Education records of students who stopped receiving Special Education services in the 2018-2019 school year or earlier.Transportation records of students from the 2021-2022 school year or earlier.Student Records from the 2018-2019 school year or earlier. (Student transcripts will be maintained indefinitely)Food Service Records services from the 2018-2019 school year or earlier.Accounts Payable records from the 2018-2019 school year or earlier.Bank Records from the 2018-2019 school year or earlier.
